Shipping

Our shipping rates are the same for all countries.  We ship to 100+ countries. General timings for each region are below. We have hundreds of happy customers all around the world. We offer two shipping options during checkout (Prices in USD).​​

Standard International Air Shipping - No Live Tracking (12-20 Days):

  • $0 - $14 Order = $6 Shipping 

  • $14 - $25 Order = $9 Shipping 

  • $25 - $42 Order = $12 Shipping 

  • $42 - $72 = $16 Shipping 

  • $72 - $100 = $20 Shipping 

  • Orders over $100 = $25 Shipping

 

International Express Shipping with Live Tracking (7-10 Days):

  • $0 - $10 Order = $10 Shipping 

  • $10 - $35 = $18 Shipping

  • $35- $70 Order = $25 Shipping 

  • $75 - $105 Order = $35 Shipping 

  • Orders over $105 = $45 Shipping

General Delivery Times by Region (Standard Shipping):

  • UK & EU: 10 -15 Days

  • Australia & NZ: 10- 16 Days

  • USA & Canada: 12 - 20 Days

  • Japan & South Korea: 8 - 14 Days

Dispatch Time & Warehouse:

We dispatch orders as fast as possible from our main warehouse in Bangkok. Usually within 1 business day. Sometimes 2 business days. Our secondary support warehouse is located in Melbourne, Australia. We do not ship items from our Melbourne warehouse.

Return Policy

No returns. We sell second-hand headwear.  If you have any questions about a product, just ask us.​

If your order is returned to us by the postal services there are two options:​

  • Option 1: If the error was due to a mistake on our side, we will re-ship the order express and refund you for the shipping fee.

  • Option 2: If the error was due to a mistake in the shipping address provided or the customer was not able to pick up the order for some reason, we can re-ship the order once additional postage is paid and correct address is provided.​

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. We process payment through Stripe or PayPal. By paying with Stripe or PayPal, you are automatically covered for intances of fraud.

Pricing & Currency

Our shop processes payments in US Dollars. However, we have set-up a currency converter for other currencies.
